Tongue tie/lip tie procedure recovery

My daughter is 7 weeks today and just had her tongue and lip tie lasered. I am wondering if anyone else has gone through this and what the recovery was like. I will do the exercises as I was instructed.

She was hysterical after the procedure and slept for a while and was fine until now. She has been really crying and won’t even take the boob which NEVER happens. Finally got her to calm down with some skin to skin with dad and I was able to get her to nurse now. Wondering if this is normal because everyone elses post I have come across it seems like their babies were fine.

any advice or reassurance thats she’s okay would be appreciated. I am a FTM.
