Cramping during pregnancy 😫

Im 7 weeks pregnant and I’ve been having cramps for 2 days straight already (worse then period cramps) and they don’t seem to go away idk if I should go to the ER or wait (I already have an appointment with my obgyn) but it’s until dicember I just moved to a new town so I’m a new patient to the clinic and they can’t take me any sooner)

Am I just being extra or should I go to an ER?
