Intense Period-like cramps 4w1d

I’m 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant and as of like ten minutes ago it seriously feels like AF is coming... Cramps so bad I wanna curl in a ball and cry. I don’t think I need to have a bowel movement or anything like that because I already went today. Should I be concerned about this? Go to ER or wait it out? So scared.

Update: I ended up deciding to wait it out for a little bit and eventually fell asleep. Woke up and the pain is like 60% gone. There’s still no blood. If the pain doesn’t let up by the time I get off work tonight I may go to the ER. Thank you to everyone who responded and helped ease my mind. <3
