Question about ectopic pregnancy?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is it possible to have symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy before you have a positive pregnancy test???

I'm waiting a few more weeks before I take the test, but I really feel like I could be pregnant. I'm experiencing many of the same symptoms I had with my last pregnancy.

But I'm also experiencing some unusual symptoms...

I'm a paranoid person. My mind always goes to the worst case scenario. Sorry if this is a dumb question
