Why does it hurt?

Can I ask for some opinions?

Hubby and I just had sex. We spent a good 2 hours doing foreplay. I was pretty ready to go down there, but the minute hubby put it in it hurt. Why? Is it because we don’t have sex as often? And what I mean by that is it’s been a few weeks, maybe even a month or two. Could it be because of the condom maybe? Or could something be wrong down there? I know I should ask for advice on here and should go to my doctor, but I currently don’t have one at the moment and just want an outsiders opinion
