Dry spell

Hey guys.. so me and my boyfriend of 3 years are both in our 2nd year of college. I understand we are both very busy and therefore we hardly have sex. The problem is that when we do have sex I get dry after the first round. This has been going on for over 6 months now, so we decided to buy a lub. I don't like it! And not to say that there is no foreplay or oral sex before the deed, but it doesn't help. Pretty please help, what can I eat or take. This makes me avoid sex, and it sucks😢😢.
