Pain in right side

Hi all, in need of some advice. My doctors appointment isn’t for a few weeks, but I’ve been a little nervous. I’m currently a little over 5 weeks. I woke up today and yesterday with pretty bad pain throughout my right side that was shooting down into my leg. It didn’t seem to be intense cramps in my stomach or anything, but more actually on the right side of it. I’m not sure if I should be concerned or not? Anyone experience this at all? I never really had any pain with my first pregnancy.
