cutting off supply faster?!

has anyone had any luck with cutting off milk supply fast?! I have implants and an over abundance of milk and with those two combined I’m constantly engorged AND. IN. PAIN. NONSTOP 😫 I want to cut off my supply and feed the baby what I have frozen then go to formula from there, any suggestions for a FAST dry up? I have a tight sports bra on with cabbage leaves like my dr suggested and I’ve started to take Dayquil to help dry things up. But this is something I cannot deal with anymore 😫
