Is this normal🤔

Every morning when I first wake up my belly looks like this!! It’s scary. I️ don’t know if it’s because I have a full bladder and it’s pushing my uterus up... but what the heck🙈 first pic is me normal.. second is me sucking in so you can see the ball under my stomach better😂 is that my uterus even? Idk first time mom here and it’s just weird

But after I️ go pee my stomach is flat and normal again and I️ have a normal bump but this is like a ball under my belly button..
