birth control or no?

I have been sexually active for a few months now and everyone is suggesting I go on the pill just to be safe even though I already use condoms. however I have tried the pill in the past and hard to stop taking it because of how sick it made me feel, also I am not good at remembering to take pills anyway. does anyone have suggestions of birth control I should take if I want the least side effects? although I would rather not go on birth control at all, lol
