HELP!!
So my boyfriend and i would like to start TTC. I had the birth control Nexplanon in my left arm for about a year and a half. This whole time i not once had a period or spotting. I’ve had it removed for about a week now. When should we start trying? How long did it take for your body to regulate? What’s the best way to track?
