Unusual nipple pain.

So I’m in the dreaded TWW.

My boobs are usually extra sore and unbearable but it’s not that bad...but I’ve been have really weird nipple pain like sharp pains. One time it felt like something on the inside tore. I’m a size 34DD idk if that makes a difference. Has anyone experienced this ? Like is there something wrong with me. My sister has already had 3 surgeries to remove growth. And same with my mom.
