why am I loosing weight so fast?

I'm 5'6 and I have been noticing weight loss. I was 140 ,then to 137, and now I'm at 133.  lately I have been concern about my weight lost and extremely  worried.                          I'm 15 years old.

I️ am 5’7 & currently weigh 135 
November first I️ was 143 
Two weeks lost eight pounds... but I️ believe it has to do with the fact I️ am just drinking water these past two weeks, and eating cleaner 
Are you doing anything different from what you would normally do?

Track your calories for a few days. I never realized I was anorexic until I added up my calories one week and realised I was eating like 500-800 cal a day and most of them were in Starbucks coffee

Over what period of time? Weight loss was of my first cancer symptoms. Not trying to scare you, but if you are seriously worried than it’s best to go to a doctor
