I don't know if this is true but I heard somewhere that the baby is doing good If you have morning sickness all the time?

It's just how your body handles the hormones. However, I found comfort in it because it reminded me that I'm still pregnant 😂

everyone is different. People who don’t throw up can have healthy pregnancies and people who do throw up can not. 
In my experience, throwing up was a good sign. My first pregnancy I had no sickness, never threw up, and miscarried. 
My second pregnancy, I was deathly ill, lost 30 pounds, threw up every single day, several times a day, and gave birth to a healthy baby girl.

Too much throwing up can cause dehydration which can lead to other issues so no, not necessarily.
I didn't throw up with my kids :3
