My lovely little girl is 14 months old and transitioned down to one nap a little less than a month ago. She will now take one nap between 1.5 - 3.5 hours. Yesterday she slept 3.5 hours and I woke her at 3pm as I like her in bed before 8. It took me an hour to put her to sleep at night and I think it may have been that her nap was so long. Would you A) Let her stay up later and not wake her from the nap. B) Wake her earlier from the nap? I am so conflicted!
