I️ have been hit with a series of traumatic events in my personal and career lives since becoming pregnant. I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety for 10 years and haven’t been medicated in about 5 years now. I️ have hit rock bottom and finally was honest to my OB about how severe my depression has gotten. I’m 23 weeks pregnant now and they have prescribed me 20mg daily of Celexa. I️ am just so nervous I️ will harm my baby by taking medication, also a big concern I️ have is post partum depression, which I’m at high risk for already.

Has anyone been in a somewhat similar situation and can give me some insight? I’m at a crossroads, here.
