Heart palpitations

So I get heart palpitations off and on. I have had test and such and everything is normal. Sometimes I won’t get for a month and then out of nowhere I will get them for days and it drives me crazy. My doctor says they happen to everyone but I am more sensitive because I have anxiety so he says I pay close attention...

They don’t hurt they just make me feel uncomfortable. They make me feel like a hiccup but in my chest 😞

Anyone else get these?
