Try a probiotic! Newborns need that good gut flora for their immature system. It worked wonders for our LO. Also we used Dr Brown bottles and a sensitive formula. Tummy time helps work out gas good too.

Gas drops and put them on their back and rub their belly clockwise and do bicycles with the their legs. You can also try gripe water however as I was looking into it for my LO I saw some people said their LOs would choke on it easy and I noticed when I tried the 2 times I did with my LO he seemed to choke a little too.

Yep my LO did the same, I think it’s the dropper they give it, it sucks! We used one of the medicine droppers that you can put a bottle nipple on and it worked like a charm then!

I used to put these drops in my sons bottles almost every feeding cause he’d be super gassy. Pediatrician recommended it! Talk to your babies pediatrician first to make sure it’s okay.

The bicycle kicks is the best advice. Also hold your baby upright for 15 minutes after every feeding, yes even in the middle of the night if you’re exhausted. Just lean them across your chest as long as they are not completely flat, and burp in intervals during this time. Also YouTube “how to burp”. Many times we treat our babies like they are made of glass and we should be burping lower or higher on their backs, or with greater force. They can take a good THWACK to get the gas out, and sometimes it doesn’t even take that. For our baby, a slow movement from butt to neck with steady pressure always got a good burp. For us, gripe water and all the other “gas relief” stuff was just adding to an already irritated tummy. What worked was physically getting the gas out.

how old is your baby. Mine is 5 months old now. I tried everything everything and nothing helped. At 3 months old he changed completely like he have ever had problem with gas. Try to put him in warm water and do a lot of exercises with his legs

Tummy time does wonders for my LO. Also, Mylicon drops in the bottle if that doesn't help.

gas drops and gripe water help my little guy. He LOVES the taste of both so it's easy to give to him. the gas drops I put in his cheek so he can control it and doesn't choke on them they are thick and remind me of the taste of delsym cough syrup... the gripe water I just put in the syringe and put a drop or two on his tongue or in his cheek at a time until he takes the full dose.
