Can you be pregnant with no hcg?

so all my tests are negative but I've missed my period. today is day 5. no cramps or anything and I feel like shit. I remember that by week 5 in my other pregnancies I started feeling sick. I almost puked in the dog park just now. wtf.if I'm not pregnant, that's totally fine, I would just like to get my period so I can try again

UPDATE: hey guys! thank you for wanting an update. that's so nice of you. my period was 10 days late. we determined, because of my positive tests and how late my period was, I had an early miscarriage. it's sad to say I'm use to that. my cycle has changed dramatically and I'm set to ovulate on the 9th. we will see if we have a Christmas baby! I'm not sad. I'm happy that I am finally through with that. good luck to you all.

Some women just have low, undetectable amounts at first. I know someone who tested daily but didn't test positive until she was 7 weeks along. It could also be that you ovulated late as well or that you are going through a lot of stress. You aren't out until AF shows up.

No that's the hormone that gives results on pregnancy. If there's no HCG then you're not pregnant

maybe your levels are too low to be detected? I know one person who kept taking pregnancy tests and all came back negitive and it wasn't until she pushed for an ultrasound that she found out she was 6 months pregnant. you're too early to get an ultrasound but maybe get a blood test from your doctor. I heard blood tests are more sensitive. if your period doesn't show in the next week I'd go to your doctor.
