Patiently Waiting

Ladies, my husband and I are trying for a baby. this is out first month actually trying. I've been off birth control for a year but this is the first month we made a point of having sex during my fertile window.

I am 3-4 days away from starting and I am at peace. I am not feeling any of my normal symptoms but I say "normal" losely. My symptoms can vary quite a bit.

I am hoping it happens quickly because I am 32 and I want multiple babies (we have one 10yr old that was from a previous relationship that he adopted).

I am curious if there are any tell tell signs of pregnancy before a missed period (except a test).
