Brown spotting/discharge?

Hey! I am exactly 5 weeks pregnant. I have been having brown spotting/discharge since 9dpo (the day I got my first positive test) sometimes the spotting isn't there at all. Very light. I've had betas drawn and they are doubling BUt I've never ever had spotting in any of my two healthy pregnancies.

I am mildly crampy but I've always cramped in early pregnancy.

My question is- has anyone had brown spotting that's lasted a few weeks in early pregnancy and had a healthy pregnancy? Thank you!
