Butt crack itchy

Does anyone know what I can do for an itchy butt crack? I don’t have any STD’s or hemorrhoids, and it’s literally the top of my butt crack itches and has blisters. It comes and goes, but it’s painful and it leaks sometimes and bleeds.

I have googled so many things and nothing has helped. I don’t want to go to the doctor just yet if I can fix it with home remedies.

Anyone have any suggestions ? This is so embarrassing.
