Well, down to the nitty gritty.

I’m a very protective person. Not in the possessive way where I want to tell my SO what to do, but I’m the way that I don’t want anyone to hurt her or do wrong by her. The problem she has the most, is pervy guys. Since we’ve been in a relationship, her problem with guys physically touching has gone out the window. However, there are a few things I can’t rap my head around and I was wondering if you al could help me out.

Me and my girlfriend started dating 2 years ago. She would come over to hang out with one of my housemates and drink with him. Well, one day she came up to me and told me that he was being really weird and pushing himself against her. It even got to the point where she was forced to stay over night in his bed. She says that he wouldn’t stop touching her all night. Long story short, i kicked him out of the house.However, a few months go by and my other housemate says that they were consensual the whole time. She swears that’s not how it happened, but I’m giving her the benefit of the doubt.

Fast forward a few more months and an old family friend(Danny) comes over to our apartment. She quickly tells me that whenever she was in high school, he groped her and tried putting his hand down her pants. A few weeks later she had a phone call and she stepped outside to take it. She laughed the whole 45 minute phone call and it honestly made me really happy to hear that. When she got back inside I asked her who had called and she just frowned and told me it was Danny. I understand that she might not want to completely shut him out, but I feel 45 minutes on the phone is a little too much for someone who’s sexually assaulted you.

Now, to a few weeks ago. She has a friend named Josh that’s been a lifelong friend and we both went over to his house. Before we got there she told me that his dad used to grab her ass and tell her how beautiful she was constantly and that he freaked her out. What does she do as soon as she goes through the door? Asks where his dad is so she can go give him a hug.

Do I have a bad angle of this? Does this seem like appropriate behavior? She tells me not to worry about it, that I’m over analyzing it, but to me these men lost their license to be able to enjoy her company as soon as they decided to sexuality her.

PS:all of the experiences with the “others” happened before she was 18
