Depressed over this

This is getting out of hand😢 after I had my two year old son my periods have been super irregular I haven’t had a period in almost 7 months and just couple days ago I had bleeding but it was just brown blood and then a bit red and back to brown for just 4 days but I didn’t even need a pad. I don’t know what’s going on at all this week coming up I have my very first appointment with a gynecologist for an ultrasound and to see what we can do. I just don’t know anymore what to do. I haven’t been diagnosed with anything but I have all the symptoms of pcos.
