HSG cd 11. positive OPK CD 13&14... mucus discharge since the HSG on cd 17???

So I was on Femara cd 5-9. HSG showed clear tubes on cd 11, but the procedure was extremely painful towards the end. Then I started a egg white mucus discharge cd 12 till today still and I'm cd 17. I never get the clear mucus. additionally I have had sore nipples, just nipples, since cd 11. Is this just hormone changes from the Femara and/or the HSG? Occasionally the discharge has a hint of spotting but really mild and maybe once a day or every other. Praying it's our month but don't know if it's possible with the HSG done this cycle or not. So what is your feedback on the symptoms I'm having? I think the HSG caused some mild constipation too because my abdomen has been bloated and just uncomfortable but also was put on 7 days of doxycycline to prevent infection so maybe it gives the side effects. That's definitely making my stomach sour if I don't eat!
