thanksgiving help

so im sure all you lovely ladies know thanksgiving giving is coming up and i just recently started to try to eat right I started to drink alot of water and eat vegetables I cut out beef and everything else except chicken im 140lb and 5ft4 and I want to tone but I love food so much and my grandma who is Hispanic is cooking this year cooks alot of beef and pork so what do I do? Advice please
