what should I do instead of smoke?
It's not that I'm looking for something to do. I have plenty on my plate: my job, working towards a degree, raising a puppy, cooking, etc. There are plenty of tasks I have to do. But at this point smoking for me is just like a security blanket. I feel better simply holding a vape in my hand. I don't want to pick it up though. I'm trying to quick but the thought keeps entering my head that I need to do something else. My bf suggested vaping essential oils but I while I like the idea, I think it's dumb because I have asthma and regardless of what's in a vape, it hurts my lungs. Any other ideas? I guess what I'm looking for is a new habit to replace the old habit so I don't go crazy sitting here thinking "I need to smoke" or "I need to vape" over and over.
