Should I go to my doctor?

Last Sunday I had brown discharge and didn’t stop until Tuesday. I’ve been getting headaches and really bad nausea but I’ve always had nausea from my anxiety. But then the week before I had really sore breasts and nipples. And I’ve had cramps for a couple of days and I haven’t gotten my period yet it was supposed to come today. I’m kinda scared that I might have something wrong with my uterus. Should I go to my doctor or wait?
