Swollen gums!

So I'm almost 32 weeks with my modi boys and this past week my gums have been so swollen it hurts to eat or do anything! I brush twice daily and been flossing more than that because I am constantly feeling things between my teeth. But nothing is there,my gums aren't bleeding, and they seriously feel like they're going to explode! I haven't had a cleaning in like a year in a half because I've been so focused on my kids and now that I'm trying to get one done the dentist are avoiding me like the plague... Anyone else having these issues? I also feel a wisdom tooth coming in on my lower right side which doesn't help😢
