Even lite tampons hurt?!

Got my period for the first time since babe 3 months old today and even the lite tampons hurt. Sex is still off the table. Anyone else with me?

I’m 3 months pp, sex is still horrible. I still haven’t got my period yet so not sure on tampons. I’m still occasionally sore down there, wondering when it will end

Same. Are you breastfeeding? My doctor told me that’s why and I won’t get better until I stop and hormones regulate

I’m still using pads mostly except for a tampon every once in awhile cause it’s not comfy.

Sex was horrible for me because I had 2nd degree tears. I waited until the 6 week checkup and it was THE WORST. About 2 weeks later i decided to go back and see what was wrong.. turns out i had a small granuloma piece of tissue from my stitches. It was so small that my obgyn didn’t even notice it unless I said something. Everytime I had sex, it would rub against the tissue and make it worse. I didn’t have sex for another 2 weeks and it was healed. Sex is much better now
