Does anyone no what’s dreams mean ?

I’m pregnant and last night I had a dream that me and my partner were standing outside and he was holding a sparkler and I was standing in front of him and then he got struck by lightening but didn’t die ? I’m finding hard to sleep because I keep think of this dream did it mean something was it just a pregnancy dream ? Help me
