Birth Control and Melatonin?
So I have trouble sleeping and can be up all hours of the night. I tried taking a sleep supplement Melatonin and it worked great for me but I am currently taking Blisovi fe 1/20 and just read that Melatonin can lessen the effectiveness of Birth Control?? Does anyone take melatonin and oral contraception and has had any issues?
