Help, I'm bleeding out of my ass.

Okay, so it isn't that serious. I'm having light pink blood on the paper when I wipe. It hurts like a bitch when I poop, it feels and looks (my man and I are very close- don't even ask) like a scratch on the rim of my asshole. I'm thinking that a g-string thong might have cut it, my man's fingernail (he trims them, but there's no way to actually know if they're sharp until you get a cut in the asshole, am I right?), or maybe it's something more serious?.. I know you ladies aren't doctors, but has this happened to anyone else? If so, what did you do? Thank you.
