Has anyone free bled in their bath?

Listen, I know gross title, but the other day I was taking a bath and when I went to stand up to rinse off I noticed that apparently I had bled in the water. I was confused and grossed out and angry ( instantly had to take a bother shower)

It is kind a gross, I change the water often, but being without a tampon and the heat from the water helps my cramps (I have REALLY bad cramps - now having gone through labour, I can say that my cramps feel like labour. Back pain and everything). So Yeah, sometimes I free flow in the tub.

Yeah I have, never on purpose, but always shower after though😂😂
