STOMACH BUG & PERIODS

My periods are always crazy. Sometimes i get the awful, unimaginable painful cramps. Sometimes i experience slight to no cramps, (but usually i’m cramping & dying)

Day 1-2. i started my period, and it was terrible. I was throwing up & having liquid stools, and not being able to do anything without freaking myself out. Couldn’t sleep at all & have horrible fatigue. The smell & sight of food just makes me so sick.

Day 3-4 just as bad, still nauseous. and my anxiety was through the roof. aching pains in my body. so much insomnia, still haven’t ate. ):

Day 5, i’ve been drinking ginger ale, still can’t eat saltine crackers, but feeling better today. I’d say 5-6/10. 1 being feeling amazing, and 10 being dying.

I’m not sure if this was my period or just a stomach bug. Have anyone else experienced this?
