Continuous bc

Hi everyone. Hoping someone can help, add input, etc.

I’ve been on continuous birth control (no period, skipping sugar pill) for over 5 years. My husband and I just decided to try for a family in the new year. I went off bc last week.

My questions

1) Seeing that I’ve been without a period for a long time, when will my cycle regulate?

2) Someone told me that even if I’m not bleeding, I may still ovulate??? True?

I’m so worried that I won’t be able to get pregnant. I spent so much of my life trying to prevent this, and now I just don’t know what to do!
