Pregnant after miscarriage

Miscarriage on 10/24, and haven’t had a cycle yet. Breasts have become swollen, very tender, and gotten bigger. Decided to test yesterday and came back BFP!!! Was not expecting this at all. Is this possible to get pregnant right after a miscarriage??
