Am I in the wrong ?

My husband is upset because I went on a shopping spree and spend almost like $400....he’s currently unemployed since he’s studying for his medical boards exam, and my credit score is 616....🤭 I have like $4k credit card debt and my husband is soooooo upset that I bought hair extensions, boots, sweaters, makeup 😭 Am i in the wrong ?

Update: he pays my bills but the credit cards I’m spending on are under my name.
