Update: Learning To Run Tips?

Update! So it's been about a month or so since I started speed walking/jogging with stroller to and from the gym 3-6 days a week on top of my workout and normal walks to and from other errands. Tonight I went for a solo run for the first time ever! It was great! So exhilarating I didn't want to stop. The cold air just made it better. I never thought I could, but I've always wanted to be one of those people who could just put in sneakers and go running any time anywhere. I never thought I'd have the stamina to go more than a block or just a couple minutes. But the gym training and the regular short intervals to and from have helped develop the stamina I was missing. Thanks so much for the tips! Yay! Can't wait to go to sleep so I can wake up and run! Hahah!
