nail injury 🤦🏼‍♀️ please help

I looked this up and everyone is saying different things but basically I jammed my gel nail, it bent back a little, but it took my real nail with it. 🙄 it’s not bent back to where it’s sticking out but if you push back on my gel nail a little, the top of my real nail lifts up with it. I was just going to leave it and see if my nail would heal and reattach itself, but I’ve heard different. Any tips?
