Pregnancy

Hi im new to here so only just getting the hang of it ah. I took 5 tests about 2 weeks ago from now and 3 came back possitive and 1 came back negitive but the last 1 had 2 very faint lines. Well anyway i still dont know for sure if im actualy pregant as i came of my period 4 days ago and i started after i took the tests. Can u still have periods whilst being pregnant? Ive been with my partner for over 2 years now and we really want to start our own little family👶🏼
