Ecoptipc or in my head!?

Past few weeks nausea has been kicking in slowly but surely. The lower back pain has gone to the extremes and I look very bloated compared to a few weeks ago. Mind you I have the nexaplanon arm implant and it's unlikely to become pregnant on this but a few days after sex I'd say about 3-4 days after I had no bleeding and now it's like I have a full blown period again. Abdominal pain and nausea plus back pain are in full swing right now.
