Excited and nervous about working out again...
About 3 months before I got pregnant I hit my goal weight — for the first time since hs I was a “average” weight for my height rather than “overweight” and at times “obese”... I ate healthy (for the most part 😉) during pregnancy but had some complications so I was told by my doctor that my workouts would need to be limited to walking... and then at my third trimester I had no issues so I was on bed rest. Now, I knew that I would probably be gaining most of not all my weight back that I had lost... which I did (about 60 lbs) and I was ok with that at the time because I knew I was doing what was best for my little one...
Fast forward to now- 6weeks postpartum and I’m about 35 lbs away from where I started. I am motivated to start working out but I don’t even know where to start. Tried to go for a walk today but I couldn’t even get a sports bra on because my boobs were so sore! None of my workout clothes fit... my little one only sleeps during the day for like an hour so I really have to be moving if I want to get anything in... sorta feeling defeated before I even begin!
