Sharp vaginal pain 😫😫

Hey everyone! 37 weeks preggo here with my 3rd baby. The last week or so I’ve been experiencing sharp pains up near my cervix. Like someone shoving a knife up my whooha. I don’t remember these kinds of pains with my last baby. I already feel like this little dudes head is using my pelvic bowl like a mortar and pestle 🙃

But I’m just wondering..does anyone know what this could be?? The start of dilation? Or maybe he is just sitting really low?? It’s incredibly painful and stops me dead in my tracks. (It’s not like a kick to the cervix..definitely experienced that and although it was very unpleasant, this feels like a stabbing pain as opposed to a kick)

Any ideas??
