ok ladies help

I had a miscarriage sept 29 , after about 9 days all my pregnancy tests would come up negative went for weekly checkups all negatives ... so I missed my period by 2 days took about 10 testes all positive went back to the doc for my last ultrasound to make sure all was gone from the miscarriage, took a test there also positive .. doc was rood , sent me for blood work that came back negative level 9 , I keep taking tests and all show positive .. could this be signs of being to early , I had been feeling real nauseous for 9 days , severe head aches of course my ultrasound came back nothing as well .. Herr is a pic of ultrasound and positive tests I am now 4 days late no signs , just a lot of body ache ,head ache , nauseua and my ancles are swelling for some reasonhigh and i forgot when i went to the doc my blood pressure was 159/97
