Clomid with trigger and timed intercourse

Hi everyone. Looking for some positive vibes please! I took Clomid 100mg cd 5-9 and triggered this morning. I have one follicle 15 mm on one ovary and 3 in the other the biggest one on that side being 21 mm the only problem is it’s in the side where the tube is blocked. On my hsg they couldn’t really tell if there was any spillage on that side. Anyone have a similar situation? Baby dust and prayers appreciated. TTC for almost 2 years.
