Bleeding from D&C

I had a D&C; about 4 days ago after the doc found out there was a piece of placenta still left.. I had very light bleeding until yesterday. I have been moving around more and just decided to finally chill out this afternoon. Is it normal to have heavier bleeding after a couple of days? It’s probably about as much as a heavy flow day.. I do have a LITTLE bit of cramping at the moment but it’s not terrible
