Tricky situation

I'm a scrub nurse who's TTC, this ordinarily wouldn't be an issue, loads of women in our department have gotten pregnant! My issue is that once I find out I'm pregnant I'm going to have to tell our manager as we have to be taken out of the lists hat contain the use of X-Rays.

My issue? My boss is my mother in law. So yeah, as soon as I know I'm pregnant I don't think I really have a choice but to tell her...What would you all do? Not pregnant yet in the TWW period but feeling hopeful! 🤞🏻
