Pregnant?

So I️ need help.. I️ have taken a test and everything but it came back negative.. but yet my boobs and nipples are super sore.. I️ haven’t really noticed any other symptoms though... should I️ take another test or what should I️ do? I️ want to be pregnant so it wouldn’t be bad if I️ am I️ just would like to know.... this is my first time having to go though any of this that’s why I️ need help..
