Is Mount Sinai worth it?

I love my doctor but this hospital can not get it together.

I went in for a tour of the hospital and they had no idea what I was talking about and said I had the wrong date.

I didn’t.

I played the voice message that said I was there for the right date and time and after sending me back and forth between two different floors I was able to find the tour.

2nd crap experience:

Came in because I was bleeding and they told my blood once and lost it.

Took my blood twice and let it coagulate.

Got it right the third time.

3rd crap experience:

They tell me to come today for an FEU exam and there’s no one on the fetal unit floor working. Have to call on Monday to set an appointment.

I traveled to manhattan for no reason.

Has anyone had a good birth experience here?
